Mark Lischwe – Attorney at law
Mr. Lischwe brings more than 40 years of experience in bankruptcy law. His work has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Chapter 13 Trustees’ Award for Excellence and the 2021 Arizona State Bar Bankruptcy Section Hon. Sarah Sharer Curley Self Help Center Volunteer Award. He is an active member of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). Over the years, he has also served in several leadership, acted as Chairman for the Local Rules Fee Committee for Chapter 13 as well as the Consumer Debtor Bankruptcy Sub-Section, State Bar of Arizona.
Kelly Andersen – legal assistant
With over 40 years of experience in the legal field, Ms. Andersen has been a legal assistant and office manager with MARK W. LISCHWE, P.C. for 35 years. In 2023, Kelly was selected as Arizona Consumer Bankruptcy Counsel’s Non-Member of the Year for her assistance helping unrepresented Debtors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy get their cases back on track through the United States Bankruptcy Court’s Self-Help Center.
